At the centre of Rare Earth Rare Justice lies the ongoing exploitation of Africas natural resources, and specifically the extraction of cobalt in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.The artistic intervention takes the form of a dustcover with its paper in white, blue, and red torn, referencing different topographies as well as the national colours of Global North countries and China that are implicated in global resource extraction.
