This book focuses on the topic of child sex abuse and how the use of graphical representation of data and imagery can facilitate discourse on this sensitive subject. As a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, I wrestled with my silence for over twenty years. I always wondered how to explain my experience to others but more importantly how to understand it personally. With this content presented as a topic of public concern we can raise awareness and eventually conversation on how to reduce its occurrence. With this information, we will be better equipped to protect our children.

Mark A. Godoy Jr. obtained his MFA in Animation in 2013 from the Savannah College of Art & Design. Since then he has worked on various private commissions as an Illustrator and Animator. He is currently working in Denver, Colorado as Motion Graphics Artist.
