Our goal is to establish a new area of research called Green Customization which focuses on the creation of highly customizable textile products with green performance benefits. In this work we have identified a number of key areas where we can compare and contrast Mass Customization (MP)and Mass Production (MP) strategies and present anecdotal evidence including retail experience, inventory, cutting/sewing, packing, distribution, packaging, and returns.

Dr. Amine Hadj Taieb a textile engineer graduated from the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Arts et Industries Textiles (ENSAIT) of Roubaix in France, He has his Ph.D in functional textile. His research interest covers eco-design, textile design, smart textile applications. Marwa Cheikhrouhou a product designer having a master degree in design.
