Reduction as a painterly approach: 'Master of Reduction' shows juxtapositions of and relationships between painterly ideas by artist Daniela Trixl. Her work is a fund abstract pictorial inventions, which can either be found on canvas or paper or for overpainting of a poster or newspaper picture. For Trixl, reduction always means the relation to visual reality. With an art historical classification by Katrin Dillkofer.
