Thomas was previously a Junior Town Planner at Amos and Sons Construction, Operations officer at Dwellmart Properties(Zimbabwe). He obtained his BSc Honors in Rural and Urban Planning (BSc Hons.RUP)from University of Zimbabwe. He is also currently involved as a part time Researcher with ARUP Zimbabwe Pvt (Ltd).
