Climate change and buildings in Nigeria: A search for mitigation and adaptation framework for residential design guide, is motivated by the limited research on the subject area with regards to an architectural perspective. Despite this research context the underpinning discourse is wide and its findings are applicable and adaptable to other context. This publication is useful to; students, researchers, built environment professionals, environmentalists and any interested persons to the subject.

Dr Evelyn L.A. Allu is currently a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Architecture, University of Jos, Nigeria. Dr Allu was educated at the University of Jos and at the Leicester School of Architecture, De Montfort University (DMU), Leicester UK. Her PhD award is on sustainable architecture and climate change. She is also a registered architect.
