Chingiz Garasharly Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor. Was born in Azerbaijan. Dedicated 40 years of his life to researching of ancient western Civilizations. He deciphered the Etruscan texts on grammatical level and discovered that these text are of old Turkic Origins. Although this language has also some Caucasian elements. His book was published in English and spread in many foreign countries. He is also has a published book in the Turkish language in Turkey.
