The transition to old age is for most people the transition to the margin of life.Along with the decrease in physical skills, mental and physical health problems start to appear.The sense that they cease to be active, useful and necessary for other people is a powerful shock to those who become retirees.All the elderly, have a responsibility to remain, as long as we can physically and mentally healthy so as not to be a burden to others without a reason.
