Dr.Tarun Dutta, Astt Prof, Dept of History, Assam University DC was born in Dhakuakhana, Assam, India and completed Post Graduation from Dibrugarh University in History and obtain M. Phil and Ph.D degree from Assam University. He is a recipient of ICHR-JRF, ICSSR-Study Grant and UGC-AUS Fellowship. He is a life fellow of IASS, NEIHA, NEICSSR, KAS.
