A timid Texas housewife meets the most famous rock star of all of Slovenia, who takes her on the adventure of a lifetime as he introduces her to his country, his culture, and a whole lot of wine. Backstage at the concerts, ferrying across the Mura River and wild rides at midnight through the Slovenian countryside, plus her search for true prekmurska gibanica-- join her on an incredible journey of discovery.

Ruth Dupré lives in Texas. When not traveling to Slovenia, she can be found out on the prairie working her Longhorn cattle, tending to her worm farm and sampling exotic cuisine.
