Youth is a challenging time that makes one take risks and make mistakes. It is our role as parents, planners and policy makers to help them out of their difficult situations and, make them learn and grow out of their failings, follies and frailties. The book explains about the reasons and consequences of Alcoholism among youth, their family and the interpersonal relationships. It also seeks to understand the perspectives of youth those who are undergone treatment and peoples/practitioners are working against alcoholism. The rising worldwide phenomenon of alcoholism in an epidemic form has been a great public concern. Youth at risk merely not a problem of an individual and his/her family. It is an inevitable sparks of the society at higher level. Youth are overwhelmingly involved in alcohol menace, which is not a good sign, because this section of the society owes much responsibility in development spheres. So that it is our responsibility to enable young people; to express courage to think differently, courage to invent, to travel the unexplored path, courage to discover the impossible and to conquer the problems and succeed.
