This book discusses the contributions the Christian faith communities in South Africa made in the fight against Apartheid. It also outlines the role of the churches in promoting peace, reconciliation and national unity of South Africa. The argument in this book suggests that the South African model of reconciliation and peacebuilding exercise may work for South Sudan as it tries to reconstruct its social order.
Autorenporträt
I am an Anglican minister serving South Sudanese communities in London Ontario and a researcher in the role of religions, particularly Christianity and African Traditional beliefs, in conflict resolution. I have BTh, M.Div., and M.A from the University of Western Ontario. My work focuses on the religious and political issues in South Sudan.
