The study and revealing of the importance of the morality in democracy and democratic processes helps understand and propagate the humanistic purposes in the basics of the reforms underway in the country. Unfortunately, neither the national self-consciousness nor its role and importance in the democratic processes in the country have yet been undertaken by the scholars, while the very moral-cultural factor is currently giving the national and humane features to the Uzbek model and the democratic changes in the country.
