Dr. Oseremen Felix IRENE holds a B.Sc(Hons)degree in Geography, a Masters degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria,and a PhD degree in Public Management from Durban University of Technology,South Africa. His current research interests include creating infrastructures for peace.
