Beschreibung
Charlie Baxter, whose sudden death in the prime of his life surprises everyone in Starminster, faces a lot of problems. The preparations for his funeral have to be done, people keep sending flowers or calling to see the mourning widow. And he learns, that it can be quite difficult to be dead, when you are still alive.

Ethel Lina White (1876--1944) was one of the best known British crime writers during the 1930s and '40s. One of her novels -"The Wheel Spins" - was adapted by Alfred Hitchcock for his famous film "The Lady Vanishes".
