One day she decides to break the shackles of her boring life and live a little. That's when her faith brings Wade into her life. Despite the fact that he's taken, the chemistry they share is difficult to dissipate giving her no choice but to indulge in the forbidden fruit. You fall inlove with Wade just as much as Roxanne. Love conquers all even though both of them understand the grave consequences, that is until one of them decides the decision was a mistake. The book however is not your typical, guy meets girl, they fall inlove, break-up, kiss and make-up, the end. After the relationships abrupt severance, Roxanne is forcefully married to the less rugged but strikingly gorgeous Nasir. She experiences life as a second wife & you end up falling inlove with him too, that's when his blesphemous secret is revealed.
